State Rep. Warren Opens District Office In Lower Makefield Township
The new digs for State Rep. Perry Warren officially opened Thursday after being located for six years on Main Street in Yardley.

YARDLEY, PA —State Rep. Perry Warren has opened his new district office in Lower Makefield Township.
Warren was re-elected as state representative in the 31st Legislative District election with the Bucks County Board of Elections declaring final results Tuesday.
He opened his office Thursday morning after moving from Main Street in Yardley, where the office was located for the past six years.

Warren has set up shop at 509 Floral Vale Blvd. in the Floral Vale Professional Park in Lower Makefield Township.
"We’re open and working for you," he posted on Facebook Thursday. "My district office is up and running."

The office is open weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. for any assistance residents need with state services.

Warren won the Nov. 8 Midterm Election against Republican Bernie Sauer.
He previously told Patch that he signed a two-year lease for the space.
"I found an ideal location," Warren said. "With the redistricting and adding Upper Makefield, this is a central location that is accessible by major roads. It's a good opportunity and location in a center that everyone knows."
The 31st Legislative District covers Yardley, Lower Makefield Township, Newtown Borough, Newtown Township and Upper Makefield Township.
Warren said that while he's leaving Yardley, he will continue to be a constant presence there.
"I love downtown Yardley," he said. "I'm there all the time and still will be at events."
