Water Flushing May Cause Discoloration, Low Pressure
The Morrisville Water Department will be flushing its water mains over the next two weeks.

MORRISVILLE, PA — If your tap water looks discolored or you have low water pressure over the next couple of weeks, here's why: the Morrisville Water Department will be conducting its fall flushing of water mains.
The flushing will be going on during the weeks of Oct. 15 and Oct. 22, the Lower Makefield Township Police Department announced. Flushing will be going on between the hours of 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
During those times, residents may notice a slight discoloration in their water and low water pressure. Any disturbance usually lasts less than one hour, officials said.
