Wegmans Shopping Center Gets 2nd Tenant In Lower Makefield Twp.
A CVS Pharmacy opened Sunday at Prickett Preserve, which will house Bucks County's second Wegmans.

LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA —A second tenant has opened in Prickett Preserve.
The new CVS Pharmacy opened Sunday as a free-standing building at 905 Taylor Lane in the shopping center that will house the second Wegmans in Bucks County, said James R. Majewski, the township's community development director.
The CVS replaces the one at the corner of Mirror Lake and Yardley-Langhorne Road.

Saturday was the last day of operation and the building will soon be up for leasing.
The CVS is one of an expected seven commercial buildings that will be a part of the Wegmans shopping center, which will include the 88,000-square-foot Wegmans supermarket.

A Chase Bank opened a few weeks ago.
Wegmans operates its only store in Bucks County in Warrington off Route 611.
Set to open in early 2024, the store will employ more than 400 people with the majority of employees being new to the company and hired locally. A specific opening date has yet to be determined.
Officials said the store's construction is 75 percent completed.
Prickett Preserve includes nine multi-family buildings containing 200 apartment units plus a clubhouse with a pool, and seven commercial buildings totaling 52,000 square feet.
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill will be opening its first Bucks County location there as well.
Meanwhile, an existing historic farmhouse and barn on the property will be preserved and repurposed.
Plans were approved for the project by DeLuca Homes in April 2021.
