Both summer favorites are handing out free treats to celebrate the start of spring. Rita's will give away a free small Italian ice to all customers.
There are Rita's locations at 14 Swamp Road, Newtown and 815 W. Trenton Avenue, Morrisville.

Dairy Queen is handing out small vanilla cones, and they ask you make a donation to Children's Miracle Network. Last year's free cone day raised over $200,000 for the charity.
