Yardley Man Charged With Heroin/Fentanyl Possession

Lower Makefield Township Police arrested the man after the report of a suspicious vehicle on Kathy Drive.

LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA —A Yardley Borough man is in custody after being charged with possession of heroin and fentanyl, police said

The Lower Makefield Township Police Department responded to the 1700 block of Kathy Drive at 7:39 p.m. on Aug. 4 for the report of a suspicious vehicle at the location.

Police found several wax packets containing powdery substances and needles.

A 35-year-old Yardley Borough man was taken into custody and charged with the possession of heroin/fentanyl and possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

A records check revealed he was wanted out of Bucks County for probation violation and Philadelphia for dangerous drugs.

The unnamed man was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff's Office.
