Yardley Wawa Praised For Hoagiefest Sales

YARDLEY BOROUGH, PA — It's the little Wawa that could.

The Yardley Borough Police Department is praising the Yardley Wawa convenience store for its recent feat during the 2026 Hoagiefest.

"We would like to congratulate the Yardley Wawa for being the top store in its region, for the 2026 Wawa Hoagiefest," the Yardley Borough Police Department said. "Our small, Legacy Wawa Store outdid itself, beating out even the much bigger gas stores in their region. Great Job Yardley Wawa, Store #59."

Patch reached out to Wawa seeking more information about how stores performed during Hoagiefest, which recently concluded.

This year, the Hoagiefest focused around meal deals.

Wawa offered two meal deal options:

• Any Shorti Hoagie, Wrap or Chicken Sandwich with a small bag of Herr’s chips, and a small fountain drink for $6
• Any Classic Hoagie, small bag of Herr’s chips, and small fountain drink for $8.

Wawa launched Hoagiefest in 2008, bringing together hoagie lovers across Wawa’s footprint with savings and to celebrate their love of the hoagie.

Since then, Hoagiefest has become a beloved summer tradition, featuring special price promotions on Wawa’s most beloved hoagie varieties.

The 2026 Hoagiefest campaign ran from June 22 through July 26 at over 1,200 Wawa stores in the Philadelphia region.
