• Four home care workers charged after man's 2023 death (timesobserver.com) — A Youngsville woman is among four home care workers charged after authorities allege serious failures in caring for a disabled man who later died in a Conewango Township residence. Investigators say supervisors and staff discussed the man’s worsening condition but never called 911, despite documented concerns about his hygiene, mobility, and safety over several months.
   

• Jamestown man charged with selling cocaine (timesobserver.com) — A Youngsville police officer working with a state narcotics task force helped coordinate multiple controlled cocaine buys that led to the arrest of a Jamestown, N.Y., man. The suspect is accused of selling several small quantities of cocaine in Warren County’s Sugar Grove area and is being held in the county jail on significant felony charges.
