MA Man Arrested By RISP On Indecent Solicitation Of A Child Charge: Cops

A Massachusetts man was arrested by the Rhode Island State Police on a charge of indecent solicitation of a child, police said.

Kearvens Theodore, 25, was arrested Thursday by the Special Victims and Major Crimes units, the state police said in a media release.

"Mr. Theodore was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released," the release said.
