PA Man Wanted On Unauthorized Taking Charge Nabbed In Rhode Island: Cops
The Pennsylvania man was arrested by the Adult Correctional Institutions Investigations Unit, police said.
A Pennsylvania man wanted on a charge of unauthorized taking was nabbed in Rhode Island, police said.
Jefferson Valdes Torriente, 29, was arrested Thursday by the Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Investigations Unit, the state police said in a media release.
Valdes Torriente, a resident of Allentown, was a fugitive from justice from New Hampshire on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking, according to the release.

"Mr. Torriente was arraigned in Third Division District Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs' Department.," the release said.
