Don't let a bit of rain spoil an otherwise sunny week in Rhode Island.
The week starts out sunny with a high temperature of 72 degrees that cools to about 53 on a clear Monday night, according to the National Weather Service.
Tuesday is sunny again with a high reaching 77, but turns increasingly cloudy Tuesday as the low drops to around 57, the National Weather Service forecast says.
Wednesday is partly sunny with a high near 78, but there is a chance of showers and thunderstorms Wednesday night with a low around 63.
The National Weather Service forecast calls for more showers Thursday before the sun comes back out and the temperature soars to 86 degrees.
There is another chance of showers Thursday night as the low goes to 65 degrees.
Friday will be mostly sunny with a high near 82.
Friday night will be partly cloudy with a low of 64.
