Rhode Island faces a coastal flooding hazard, according to the National Weather Service.
The coastal flooding hazard remains in effect through late Tuesday night with "up to one-half foot of inundation above ground level in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways," the National Weather Service said.
The high tide cycles "Monday night and Tuesday night are of the most concern," according to the National Weather Service, which cautioned against driving through flooded roadways.
Aside from the flooding, Monday will be a pleasant 84 degrees with decreasing cloudiness and Monday night will be mostly clear with a low of 57.
Tuesday will be sunny with a high of 77 and Tuesday night mostly clear with a low of 58.
