Clouds roll in on a Thursday with a high temperature of 84 degrees before heavy rain starts to fall Thursday night and the low drops to 63.
Patcy fog will develop before 5 a.m. Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
Heavy rain will also fall Friday as the high reaches only 78 degrees.
The National Weather Service calls for more showers Friday night as the low goes down to 63.
