A recent poll of "thousands of night-owls" determined Rhode Island's favorite after-midnight place to eat.

The poll, conducted by social casino website ACE.com, determined Haven Brothers in Providence was Rhode Island's favorite.

"One of America's oldest mobile diners, Haven Brothers pulls up next to Providence City Hall each night, glowing like a beacon for club-goers and students who need food now," according to a media release from ACE.com.

"It's fast, greasy, beloved, and absolutely part of the city's late-night DNA," the release said. "The After Dark Burger —American cheese, fried egg, bacon, ketchup, and mayo — is a messy masterpiece best eaten leaning over the sidewalk."

Haven Brothers placed 49th nationally.
