Woonsocket Man Charged With Video Voyeurism At URI: Police
The 18-year-old was arrested by the University of Rhode Island Police Department and the Woonsocket Police Department, according to police.
KINGSTON, RI — An 18-year-old from Woonsocket was charged with committing video voyeurism at the University of Rhode Island, police said.
Evan Alexander Bouphavong was arrested about 5 p.m. Monday by the University of Rhode Island Police Department and the Woonsocket Police Department, the university police said in a media release.
Bouphavong was arrested in Woonsocket on a warrant, according to the release.

Bouphavong was processed at the University of Rhode Island Kingston Campus before appearing before a justice of the peace for a special arraignment, according to the release.
