Voter Fraud, DCYF, and Political Doctrine

Whoever signs up the most of their people to vote, or keeps the opposition away wins all the power of the election. How far down will zealots go to find voters? Read on!

So I opened 2 pieces of mail from DCYF last week addressed to
my 2 foster sons. For those who do not know me, I have 3 foster children all of
whom we are in the process of adopting. Plus I have an adopted daughter and a
biological daughter.

Dealing with DCYF can be a challenge for many reasons (a series of about 15 articles I plan to
write in the future, some unbelievable stuff that you will not comprehend) but
when I opened the mail which is usually addressed to my wife, not the boys, I
was shocked more than usual.

One component of the problem with DCYF is that so many workers come from the same social work school, and are trained in the same way.
The training is often veneered with a hard left slant so much so that left wing doctrine often trumps what is best for the child, and I have had many fights with DCYF along these lines.

Now I am not a tea bagger or even right wing. I believe that there are people who need help, but I also know many who are abusing the welfare system. As in most things, both sides are right and wrong at various times and the truth lies in the middle. I want what is best for children, period.  There is no religion to be followed.

What the heck does all this have to do with voter fraud you
may ask?

Well the right wing in the country is pushing voter ID, not because of
extreme voter fraud as Mr. Gemma may be proclaiming, but in theory people without ID are more likely to vote Democratic. In response the left wing is pushing to get everyone, in particular the poor, IDs so they can vote Democratic. At DCYF, one worker told me, everyone who walks in for food stamps and services is encouraged to sign up to vote, and get ID to that end. This is how politics
work.

But when I got a voter sign up form from DCYF for my boys, asking them to sign up and vote, return addressed from DCYF I was concerned.

Why would DCYF want my boys age 12 and 14 to sign up and vote, when the first
election they either will be able to vote in is 2016? Why when DCYF, always
over budget spent both the time and money to stuff the envelopes and the stamps on these 2 boys? Did they not know how old they are? Shouldn’t they know how old they are? How many kids will sign up early and try to vote in the attempt to throw a wide net and get more democratic voters?

Remember I am an independent. I don’t believe in the strict
voter ID rules. And I don’t believe in the over reaction to the rules. But
signing up a 12 year old is just beyond the pale.
