RISP Gaming Enforcement Unit Arrests Massachusetts Man On Vandalism Charge: Cops
The Worcester was released on his own recognizance, police said.
The Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested a Massachusetts man on a vandalism charge, police said.
Luis Palau, 20, of Worcester was arrested on a charge of vandalism or malicious injury to property, the state police said in a media release.
"Mr. Palau was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail after an appearance in front of a Bail Commissioner," the release said.
