Take a one-hour walk, led by a member of the Barrington Land Conservation Trust, through the Pic-Wil Nature Preserve and along Mussachuck Beach at the end of Appian Way. The tour will explore the various sites of interaction between man and environment, including the many ways the land has been used by people and the connection to the history of the settlement and industrialization of Rhode Island. Wear boots or sensible shoes to traverse the marsh.
