Houses SOLD: 2 Sell for $1 Million Plus
Six warranty deeds were recorded in Town Hall last week, Sept. 23-29, including two for properties with price tags over a million dollars.
Six warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, including two for properties with million-dollar price tags.
A home at 12 Elm Lane was sold for $1.275 million, according to the deed. Another home at 4 Nayatt Point Circle was sold for $1.1 million, a price that was far less than the assessed value for taxable purposes, according to land records in Town Hall.
The six homes are located in four neighborhoods: Nayatt, Primrose, town center and Hampden Meadows.

The four homes that sold for less than seven figures showed sale prices that ranged from a low of $85,000 to a high of $535,000. Another home exchanged hands for $100.
