Four homes in three neighborhoods exchange hands last week, March 18-24, including one in Barrington's affordable housing development.
Four warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, including one for another home in Walker Farm Lane -- Barrington's affordable housing development.
Beside Walker Farm Lane, the homes are located in the Primrose Hill and Hampden Meadows neighborhoods.
The affordable home sold for $169,000. The other homes showed sale prices that ranged from a low of $150,000 to a high of $425,000.
