According to a recent article published by the Warren Times, Richard Paduch applied for a position on the Warren Planning board but was turned down.
? He went (ghost) and hid behind our solicitor for protection. Well as a citizen that tried to address issues, I can now say goodbye and smooth sailing elsewhere!
