Where Were the Sidewalks Last Weekend?

Where were the sidewalks this weekend? Plowed under the 9 inch snow storm that hit Saturday. This issue may not be important to all, but for the rest of us that require their use were stuck. Last year after the several inches that fell, the town's failure to do something about it led to questions as to who's responsibility it was to clear the sidewalks. Along Metacom Avenue, the attached photos show they were buried. Once again, plows the snow on to the state sidewalk and nothing is done about it.

Our officials , in which I know first hand that the state Department of Transportation held a meeting last year to inform all communities of their responsibilities. I guess it did not sink in! I addressed this issue directly to state legislators and was blown off again. They do not want to discuss this subject. What excuses will be heard this year? More promises I suspect!
