Bristol House of Pizza Expands, Celebrates 35 Years in Business

The restaurant has re-opened and will soon be celebrating 35 years in business.

Bristol House of Pizza (BHOP), located on State Street in Bristol, was closed for a few days last week for construction, but now the restaurant has re-opened and will soon be celebrating an anniversary.

Now that the dust has begun to settle from the remodeling project, which focused on expanding BHOP into the vacant portion of the building across the hall, BHOP is back in business and is bigger and better than ever. While the expansion is not yet finished, the restaurant area is already much more open and now features an extension to the bar area.

But that's not all. The Bristol-Warren Patch Readers' Choice restaurant , among their other delicious foods, will also soon be celebrating 35 years in business.

On Monday, April 30, BHOP will host a day of celebration to thank its loyal customers for the support through the years. According to The Bay Magazine, BHOP will raffle off prizes and will sell pizzas for half price throughout the day in honor of the restaurant's anniversary. Waitstaff at the restaurant, seemingly sworn to secrecy, tell customers to stay tuned to find out more about what happenings will be going on during the celebration.
