Join Director of Horticulture Dan Christina on a tour through the diverse collection of Narcissus (Daffodils) at the peak of Daffodil Days. Participants will view unique and uncommon cultivars and species, observe planting strategies for woodlands and gardens, and learn about the growing characteristics of the 100-plus varieties shown in the accredited American Daffodil Society Display Garden. This is a walking tour and includes a handout.
This is a walking tour across the property. Please dress and plan accordingly.

Learn how they provide the planet with plants, flowers, vegetables, and trees. You can help keep pollinators like bees and butterflies healthy by creating a haven to live and raise their young. Place your creation in your yard, and watch who moves in! Using repurposed containers and natural elements, fashion a one-of-a-kind art piece to bring joy to your garden.
This workshop is for ages 6 to 12; an adult must accompany children.

Bristol Public Works

Keep Bristol Clean will host its 37th annual town-wide cleanup on Saturday, April 25, 2026 beginning at 9:00 a.m. The event will begin at the Bristol Department of Public Works, 111 Mt. Hope Ave, Bristol, RI, where refreshments will be served. Participants will receive supplies and then set out to various locations around Bristol to collect litter. The cleanup will take place rain or shine.
Volunteers are needed for the success of this community effort. You may adopt a spot to clean up by letting organizers know when you arrive, or you may elect to be assigned to a location in special need. Many of Bristol’s open space, natural areas, and coastal areas will be addressed this year. Long sleeve shirts, long pants, and closed toe shoes are suggested. No pre-registration is needed.
Keep Bristol Clean is being organized by the Bristol Conservation Commission with help from the Bristol Department of Public Works. This event is proudly sponsored by BayCoast Bank, the Office of the Governor’s Litter Free Rhode Island initiative, and Dunkin’ Donuts.
