
Restorative Yoga is a floor-based, gentle Yoga practice that uses a variety of props to help participants find comfortable, beneficial poses. These poses are beneficial for releasing tension, promoting relaxation, and fostering a sense of healing and renewal. No prior Yoga experience is necessary.
Please dress in layers and bring a Yoga Mat, a water bottle, and a bed pillow. All other Yoga props will be provided.
