This is for anyone who would like to knit with a group and get some help &amp; instruction with knitting-please join us! Beginners and seasoned knitters welcomed! Work on your own projects each week or complete a simple project with the help of the instructor over a series of weeks!

Come&nbsp;treat yourself to a sound journey like no other. Let the powerful&nbsp;resonance of the gongs carry you into a dreamlike state of relaxation&nbsp;and inner clarity. As waves of sound wash over you, many find that&nbsp;tension softens, the mind quiets, and the body naturally returns to a&nbsp;peaceful, balanced baseline. Settle&nbsp;in as drums, bells, and singing bowls open the space and guide you&nbsp;gently inward. The gongs then take you on a transformative&nbsp;journey—vibrational, expansive, and deeply restorative—before chimes and ocean drums&nbsp;welcome you back, played intuitively and created just for you&nbsp;in the moment.
No&nbsp;two gong baths are ever the same. Each experience is shaped by the time&nbsp;of year, celestial rhythms, and the collective energy of those present,&nbsp;allowing the sound to unfold uniquely every time. Participants&nbsp;typically rest lying on their backs on a mat or relax in a comfortable&nbsp;chair. You remain fully clothed; no water is involved.
