Genie will demonstrate some of her special techniques and assist you as you assemble a small board of your own to take home. Call them charcuterie, cheese boards, or grazing tables, once you know how to pair foods and use knife, and design skills, you’re on your way to creating delicious works of art of any size for any occasion.
