Today, Agave is a restaurant with a little Latin spice. Located on Hope Street overlooking Bristol Harbor, it is a restaurant frequented by out-of-towners and locals alike who enjoy eating in the sunshine on the patio or sipping drinks at the bar. Many locals still refer to it by it's old biker-bar name, but think further back and try to remember what other businesses inhabited this location that you may have frequented in past decades.
