Community String Project is looking for beginning and intermediate string players in the East Bay to join its adult string program. Players from 6th grade through adult are encouraged to participate in this unique lesson/ensemble format.
Registration will be held Wednesday, January 18th at the Andrews School in Bristol from 5:00-6:00pm and Thursday, January 19th at the Rockwell School in Bristol from 5:00 to 6:00pm.
Beginning players can learn the violin, viola, or cello. Classes for 6th grade to adult students are held at Mt. Hope HS in Bristol. Beginning students meet Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:10pm, beginning Feb. 1. Advanced beginners meet Wed. from 5:45 - 7:15. Yearlings (slightly more advanced musicians) meet Wed. from 7:15-8:45pm. Intermediate players are encouraged to join the Adult Ensemble, which meets Mondays 7:00pm to 8:40pm beginning January 30.
