The Snowflake Raffle event in Bristol culminates with events beginning at 3 pm, and the grand finale live drawing of raffle winners, in the lower State Street area. Sponsored by the Downtown Bristol Merchants Association, the grand prize is $5,000 cash. The contest runs through Sunday, Dec. 19, with the winner drawn on the last day at 5:00 pm on Lower State Street. The hticket holder must be presesnt.
