As a naturalist, Joe Koger has been drawing, painting, and observing birds all of his life. His exhibit contains a collection of paintings and drawings that reflect the beauty and importance of bird life in Rhode Island. In addition to painting and bird watching, Joe teaches high school science and has been a naturalist and instructor for the Audubon Society of Rhode Island summer camp program for 24 years.
Meet the artist at the exhibit opening on May 1, 2011 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Joe's show will run until the end of June.
