Joyce Katzberg's Songs in the Key of Love: A Benefit Concert for the George Hail Library

The George Hail Library announces a very exciting upcoming event. Folksinger Joyce Katzberg will be presenting her second Annual Benefit Concert of love songs in honor of and appreciation for the George Hail Library in Warren, RI. on Friday, February 10th at 7pm. The concert is entitled "Songs in the Key of Love".  A suggested donation of $10 will get you into this after hours romantic song fest. If you ♥ the George Hail Library, come with your heart on your sleeve (but please, no perfume - this is a fragrance free event.)

Last year's show was a very special and magical night with Joyce.  Her shows combine her original compositions and choice material gathered over forty years on stage. Joyce was nominated "best female vocalist" by the Providence Phoenix in 2001 and the Rhode Island arts magazine "Motif" in 2005. The Phoenix listed Joyce as one of Rhode Island's "most influential people" in April, 2003.  Pete Seeger has described Joyce as having "one of the best voices I have ever heard -an extraordinary person".
