February 1: Notes from the Dog by Gary Paulsen, (a short and funny story about a teen, a dog and the girl next door.)

February 15: The Sign of the Beaver by Elizabeth George Speare, (Matt learns wilderness survival in Maine, with help from the Penobscots.)

February 29: A Thief in the House of Memory by Tim Wynne Jones, (Reading this book is like entering a dream. Declan has many questions about why his mother left when he was only ten.)
