One of Sanju's clients, Amanda Forte, said she loves the idea of combining a boutique with an eyebrow threading business. Sanju said many of her clients agree with Forte and enjoy the fact that they can browse and buy while they wait for their appointment.

According to Jas, the boutique side of the store will be continuously evolving to fit customer wants and needs.

"I never used to sell bags but now that we have a storefront and don't have to worry about setting up and then packing it up after a show is over, we can offer different items," Jas said.

In addition to handbags and jewelry, which Jas said are popular among the customers, Jas has added scarves, crystals and plans to begin bringing in magnetic healing jewelry. He said he also plans to create areas dedicated to Om and Ganesha.

Just three months in, Sanju says business is already going well.

"It has worked out well and we had a smooth transition," she said. "We're still getting new customers and we're always evolving and changing to adapt. Hopefully more people will stop in to visit us during the holiday season."
