Wanted Central Falls Man Nabbed By Violent Fugitive Task Force: Cops

CENTRAL FALLS, RI — A wanted Central Falls man was apprehended by the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, police said.

Pedro Faria, 62, was arrested about 7 a.m. Thursday by the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force, the state police said in a media release.

"The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force," the release said." Mr. Faria was taken into custody without incident and transported to Providence Superior Court."
