Central Falls Man Wanted On Conspiracy, Breaking-And-Entering Charges Nabbed: Cops

CENTRAL FALLS, RI — A Central Falls man wanted on conspiracy and breaking-and-entering charges was apprehended, police said.

Gershawn Torres, 22, was arrested on a warrant about 6 a.m. Friday by the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force, the state police said in a media release.

Torres was wanted by the Pawtucket Police Department, according to the release.

"The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force," the release said. "Mr. Torres was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Pawtucket Police Department."
