• SK police say investigation into hospital bomb threat call remains open (independentri.com) — Charlestown police were among several agencies that rushed to South County Hospital Monday after a caller claimed bombs were planted and threatened gun violence, forcing a lockdown and patient diversions. No explosives or shooter were found, and the hospital reopened that evening. The investigation continues, with police saying the threat came from a nonlocal phone number.
