Animal Cruelty, A High-Speed Chase: Coventry Police Arrest Log

COVENTRY, RI — The following people were arrested by Coventry police between Feb. 15 and Feb. 20.

Feb. 15

Kevin Suazo-David, born in 1993, of Roxbury, Massachusetts, was charged with domestic violence-simple assault and/or battery.

Amber Rowe, born in 1969, of Coventry, was charged with DUI drugs/alcohol (second offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Feb. 16

David Blackburn, born in 1944, of Wakefield, was charged with DUI of liquor or drugs (first offense), obedience to traffic devices and laned roadway violations.

Michael Gilligan, born in 1983, of Coventry, was charged with eluding an officer with a motor vehicle in a high speed pursuit and a bench warrant out of Third District Court.

Feb. 18

Rouba Khouri, born in 1987, of Coventry, was charged with larceny under $1,500 and fraudulent use of a credit card up to $100.

Feb. 19

John Riendeau, born in 1989, of North Providence, was charged with domestic simple assault and battery, domestic refusal to relinquish telephone and domestic disorderly conduct (first offense).

Feb. 20

Thomas Grossi, born in 1989, of Warwick, was charged with driving after denial/revocation/suspension (first offense) and illumination of rear plate.

Kerri Colwell, born in 1985, of Coventry, was charged with possession of a schedule I-V drug (10 grams or less), driving with an expired license or without a license (fourth offense), a bench warrant issued from Third District Court, operation of unregistered vehicle, owner/operating without evidence of insurance (first offense) and improper use of evidence of registration or certificate.

Bronson Damota, born in 1989, of Coventry, was charged with warrant affidavit arrest (24-hour rule).

Phillipe Van Couyghem, born in 1950, of Coventry, was charged with unnecessary cruelty to animals
