Coventry Firefighters Battle LaForge Drive Fire
Firefighters from the Coventry Fire District fought the fire for more than an hour.
Members of the Coventry Fire District battled a substantial house fire on LaForge Drive Wednesday night.
There are no reports of any injuries and the fire was under control about an hour after the first crews came to the scene at around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night.
Firefighters were concerned after getting a report that there could be up to 3,000 rounds of ammunition in the house at 11 LaForge Drive, according to reports.

The two-story, 1,100 square foot single-family home was built in 1971, according to town records.
The fire is still under investigation.
