The sex offender moved to Massachusetts, police said.

COVENTRY, RI — A sex offender registered in Coventry was charged with relocating to Massachusetts without notifying the authorities.
John Wright, 47, was arrested in the Bay State April 13 and turned over to the Coventry cops Tuesday, police said in a media release.
The Coventry Police Department Special Victims Unit "conducted an investigation and established probable cause that Mr. Wright no longer resided in Coventry" after originally registering there as a convicted sex offender and failing to disclose his change of address, according to the release.
