July 27

Thomas A. Phelps, 53 or 54, of Coventry, was charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery; Domestic Cyberstalking and Harassment (intimidation); and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

July 28

Humberto C. Silva, 41 or 42, of West Warwick, was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; Refusal to submit to a chemical test; Duty in accident resulting in damage to a highway fixture; License to be carried and exhibited on Demand; Presence of Alcohol Beverages (while driving or riding in a motor vehicle), first offense; Liquor law violations; and Metal tires prohibited.

Emily M. Bartlett, 25 or 26, of West Warwick, was taken into custody on a bench warrant.

Robert S. Lambert, 45 or 46, of Coventry, was cited for Driving after his license was denied, revoked or suspended, second offense; Operating an unregistered vehicle; Operating without evidence of insurance, first offense; and Improper use of evidence of registration or certificate.
