The Senior Center starts and Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program today. The classes will run for eight weeks and will meet on Tuesdays and Fridays.
This program was developed by physical therapists specifically for people with arthritis. It is a low-impact, joint-safe exercise program that has been shown to help decrease arthritis pain and relieve stiffness while increasing range-of-motion. The program will assist in building stronger muscles and overall stamina.
