Circus Smirkus, Vermont’s award-winning international youth circus, is scheduled to bring its 2012 Big Top Tour to Rhode Island in July. The Circus will stage four performances on July 15 and 16 at the Washington County Fairgrounds. The schedule is as follows:
Sunday, July 15 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Monday, July 16 at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
