Coventry High School Boys Lacrosse vs. Burrilville HS

Please come to Coventry High School this Friday April 20th at 4pm to see the newest varsity sport at Coventry High School.

The Boy Varsity Lacrosse Team will be facing Burrilville HS in its fourth game of the season. Head Coach & Local Lacrosse Legend Herb DeSimone will be leading the Oakers Lacrosse team along with Senior Captains Matt LeBrun and Nick Mowry and Junior Captains Zack Allen and Alex Izzi.

Lacrosse is the fastest growing sport in Coventry with more than 50 players at the high school and over 200 players in the youth program.

We invite everyone to see what the buzz is all about.

Additionally, the Coventry High School Boys Lacrosse Team is the only 100% SELF-FUNDED varsity sport at CHS - the team receives $0 from the school department to fund its season. This means the team relies on the generosity of its friends, families and corporate sponsors to exist. If you would like to make a tax deductibe donation, please visit the CHS Boys Lacrosse Donation Center. Select one of the donation amounts or choose 'other' to contribute your desired amount. The team needs all the help it can get so so amount is too small (or too large).
