Hooping Class

"Hooping" is a term for hula hooping with large customized
hoops. ANYONE can hoop. This class, instructed by Ellen Ortelt is designed as an aerobic workout.

Participants will begin at a beginner’s level, hoop in both directions, hoop to music, etc.

Hooping can increase the strength and stability of the spine, improve balance and improve hand-eye coordination.
