PITCH, HIT AND RUN Competition

The Town of Coventry Parks and Recreation Department is scheduled to host a PITCH, HIT AND RUN Competition today, April 19, at Paine Field. 

Pre-registration begins at 5:30 p.m. on the Babe Ruth Field. This competition is for children ages 7-17 (as of July 17, 2012).

This event is free to compete.  It is based on three skills: batting, pitching and base running. The competition is open to all skill levels. Boys and girls will compete separately (Metal cleats are not allowed.)

Rain date is Friday, April 20th at 10am. Same location.

This competition is a nationally sponsored event with winners advancing to states, and possible regional and national levels.
