Harvest BOWL for the Homeless

Spirits of ’76 Rhode Island Chapter, Tammy Laforest and Athan Phynix are hosting a special event, the Harvest BOWL for the Homeless, on Nov. 8 at Lang’s Bowlarama, 225 Niantic Ave, Cranston. to raise items, funds and awareness for Rhode Island’s homeless served by Crossroads Rhode Island.

Donations of personal items to be distributed to the homeless through Crossroads are encouraged. The event will include a bowlathon from 3-5 p.m. ($10 entry/$5 off with item donations), a social hour and movie, followed by an evening of music from local bands from 7-midnight, along with other entertainment and speeches. Cash donations are accepted and encouraged at the door. Pre-registration for the bowlathon is appreciated at http://benefitri.com/bowlathon/

We are also seeking sponsorship and raffle items to be raffled off that evening. Sponsorships range from $50-$100, including a business card size ad in the program and your business logo displayed at the event. Your donations of raffle items are also deeply appreciated.
