Rising Stand-Up Gem Lahna Turner Set to Take the Stage at Comix at Foxwoods for Three Nights Starting October 30
Comix At Foxwoods will welcome rising stand-up gem Lahna Turner for a three-night, four-show performance
Turner is quickly becoming one of the hottest females on the stand-up comedy circuit. With her sharp wit and hilarious songs, Lahna holds nothing back as she shares insights and observations from her life as a wife, mother, and the uncensored inner voice of millions of women.
Being able to relate to people like few entertainers can, Lahna is absolutely unafraid to say things that might at first seem “uncomfortable,” but inevitably have the audiences relating and rolling with laughter. She is able to take her life experiences and her comedic wit, and relate to people about the things we all go through on a daily basis.
Turner released her first one-hour special, filmed live in Las Vegas, titled “So… I Wrote A Song About It” back in August of 2014. Prior to that, Lahna has appeared on NBC, Comedy Central, Animal Planet and VH1. She has also been featured as a commentator on CMT Insider and most recently on TruTV’s “How to be a Grownup.” She regularly plays the top comedy clubs and theaters around the country and has also done several tours for the USO.
