(VIDEO) Mr. Relay Crowned at Coventry Relay for Life
The 'talent' show was a hilarious success, raising additional funds for the American Cancer Society.
Another highlight of this year's Coventry Relay for Life was the debut of the Mr. Relay Competition, where male participants dolled up in their finest (or a female friend or relative's finest perhaps), are judged by a committee made up of cancer survivors.
There were four entrants in the first ever Mr. Relay event, who were judged based on their outfit, their answer to one question asked by Relay organizer, Lynne Peters and their ability to do some quick, last-minute fund-raising.
The competitors were Nate, Michael, Tyler and Brian, who each had their own unique style and talent. Nate showed the crowd his break dancing skills, Michael sang his own rendition of "Bad to the Bone", Tyler "shuffled" his way into the audience's hearts and Brian sang a very manly version of "God Bless America".
Brian ended up winning over the judges and took home the first ever, "Mr. Relay" title.
