48 Grams Of Cocaine Seized By Cranston Police, Four Arrested
Police said three of the men were charged with trying to sell drugs at the bar. The bar's owner was also arrested, as police said he knew.
CRANSTON, RI — Police have seized 48.4 grams of cocaine and arrested four suspects at the Knightsville Pub.
With the assistance of the DEA and an East Providence special tasks force, Cranston Police searched the suspects' cars and found the cocaine along with marijuana, prescription pills and $700 cash.
Police said three of the men were charged with trying to sell drugs at the bar. The bar's owner was also arrested, as police said he knew what the three men were doing.

The four men are facing the following charges:
- Jonathan King, 27, of Cranston is charged with four counts of manufacturing/possession/delivery of cocaine, five counts of controlled substance conspiracy and one count of possession of a Schedule IV drug (Clonazepam).
- Matthew Crosby, 27, of Cranston is charged with six counts of manufacturing/possession/delivery of cocaine and three counts of controlled substance conspiracy.
- Michael Lanouette, 27, of Cranston is charged with two counts of manufacturing/possession/delivery of cocaine and three counts of controlled substance conspiracy.
- Paul Troia, 48, of Cranston is charged with one count of maintaining a common nuisance/controlled substances. Troia is the owner of the Knightsville Pub.
Cranston Police Col. Michael Winquist said police also executed search warrants at a house on Ruth Avenue in East Providence associated with King. More narcotics as well as two handguns were found. Additional charges are expected to be filed by the East Providence Police Department.
