$70K Worth Of Lottery Prizes Still Unclaimed In Rhode Island

Lottery officials said the winning Powerball ticket, worth $50,000, was sold at the Cumberland Farms on Reservoir Avenue in Cranston.

CRANSTON, RI — There is still $70,000 worth of prize money that remains unclaimed from a Powerball ticket and two mega million tickets, Rhode Island Lottery officials said Thursday.

Lottery officials said the winning Powerball ticket, worth $50,000, was sold at the Cumberland Farms on Reservoir Avenue in Cranston on Nov. 2.

The Mega Millions tickets are each worth $10,000 in prize money. Lottery officials said one of the tickets was sold on Nov. 1 at Pick & Pay on George Waterman Road in Johnston. The other ticket was sold Tuesday at Neon Marketplace on East Main Road in Middletown.
